Terms of Service

Draft — pending legal review. This document describes how the service behaves and is not yet a final agreement.

Version 2026-08-01

1What you are subscribing to

Luccai Markets provides market data, scores and model output through this application and through an API. What you can see and call is determined by the bundles on your subscription. Adding a bundle adds its data; ending a subscription ends access to it.

2How you may use the data

A self-serve subscription covers two things: evaluating the service, and using it inside your own organisation. You tell us which at signup, and it is recorded on your account.

It does not cover redistribution — passing the data, scores or model output on to anyone outside your organisation, including your own clients, whether as files, in a product, or as a service. Redistribution requires a separate signed licence, because parts of the data reach us under licences that require it. Contact us and we will arrange one.

3API keys and your quota

You can create as many API keys as you need. They all draw on one balance: the monthly call allowance of your subscription is shared across every key on the account, and a key cannot exceed what the account is entitled to. Keys inherit the account’s permitted use — a key cannot be issued with broader rights than the account holds.

Keep your keys secret. Calls made with your keys are treated as made by you, and count against your allowance. You can revoke a key at any time.

4Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, by card through our payment processor. Changing bundles changes your next invoice. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

5Suspension

We may suspend access if payment fails and stays unresolved, or if the service is being used outside the permitted use recorded on the account. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

6What this data is not

Scores, models and narration are analytical output. They are not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and not a substitute for your own judgement or your own regulatory obligations. Market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and past behaviour does not predict future behaviour.

7Your data

We store the account and contact details you give us, and a record of your API usage, in order to run the service and bill you. We do not sell it. You can ask us for a copy, or to delete your account, by getting in touch.

8Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we publish a new version here. The version you accepted is recorded against your account, and if the terms change while you have a page open, we will ask you to read the current version before continuing rather than treating your earlier acceptance as covering it.
